Janelle Jackson

Janelle Jackson is an Area Manager for the Arosa Tri-County location. She has over 10+ years of experience in the industry. Passionate about working with seniors, Janelle strives to bring joy to their lives by ensuring high-quality care that promotes independence and dignity. With a commitment to treating each client like a family member, Janelle focuses on fostering a happy and fulfilling quality of life for all those under her care.

One of the biggest achievements Janelle is proud of is being a mom of 3. She has 2 daughters Alannah 14 yrs old and Aralyn 11 years old. Her son Arrow is 4 years old. Just as Janelle is dedicated to her career she is even more devoted to making sure her children are happy and healthy.

Being a part of The Room Where It Happens Advisory Board is a great way to contribute to the growth and success of this organization. Robert Love-Stewart

Robbie Love-Stewart is a dedicated healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a passion for serving seniors and their families through integrity, compassion, and strategic leadership. Beginning his career in 2019 as a Medicaid Specialist in a 180-bed skilled nursing facility, he quickly advanced to Admissions Director and External Marketer, representing multiple centers across South Florida.

He currently serves as the Admissions Director for a skilled nursing facility in North Broward County, where he leads census development efforts and fosters strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and families to ensure seamless admissions and high-quality care transitions.

In addition to his leadership role, he is the founder of a consulting and marketing firm that collaborates with assisted living facilities, adult daycares, PCP offices, and skilled nursing facilities to enhance census growth and community outreach through strategic, personalized initiatives.

As a Christian man, he believes in being of service and having an attitude of gratitude—believing that each personal interaction is an opportunity to reflect Christ’s love through excellence and compassion.

Karina Cristancho

Karina has ventured into the next legacy of her life working on taking over the family health insurance agency, she's a driven individual who is partnered with her mother, to expand their existing health and life insurance agency. Her goal is to help individuals and families focus on what they need most from a health and life insurance perspective.

Karina has always loved connecting with people in mutually beneficial ways. All of her endeavors over the last twenty years have allowed her to satisfy this love. Some of the countries where she had the opportunity of growing her relationships included Italy, Spain, Holland, Colombia and Venezuela, to name a few, and the list goes on. Building those relationships and friendships on a worldwide level helped Karina to become the person she is today.

She holds dear to her heart Circles Enterprises which was a boutique Marketing & Public Relations firm that provided a high level of professionalism, experience and innovative approach of a local agency with a global appearance. Now she is taking that same approach of dealing with people to a whole new level. Now Karina has something to offer that most insurance agents don’t and that is a vision & personal approach to you and your health.

As an Independent licensed insurance consultant who loves to work with people and help them find the right plans to meet their individual, family or group needs. Karina specializes in Health and Life insurance and has an extensive background and network of companies that she works with giving you the right fit for each and all of your insurance requirements. April Stewart

April Stewart is a true Renaissance Woman. She has a decade of experience in Business Development and Community Relations in Senior Living. She is a Realtor serving Palm Beach & Broward. She is also a highly creative artist offering classes to Seniors & the community at large. April has strong community ties; co-chairing The Alzheimer’s Association The Longest Day Fundraiser and raising funds annually for the cause. She has also moderated support groups for caregivers and advocates for education and research.
Originally from Kentucky, April received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Kentucky University. She completed her Masters’ degree in Fine Arts at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She worked at various theaters on the east coast and toured with a theatrical cirque for three years before finally calling Boca Raton Florida her home.

April lives with her husband, owner of APRO Home Inspector, Jamie Riley. Her daughter, Savannah is an Environmental Engineer major at University of Central Florida. April enjoys working out, creating delicious & healthy meals, and napping in moderation. She has a slight obsession with dinosaurs and vintage Pyrex bowls, which she collects.

Chantal is a seasoned marketer with over 23 years of experience, including the last four years rooted in the health and wellness space—a field that aligns closely with her passion for helping people find their path. At the core of her work is a deep belief in the power of connection, purpose, and growth.

Armed with an MBA and a lifelong love of learning, Chantal approaches her work as both strategist and educator. She has a gift for making complex ideas relatable and guiding others toward clarity and confidence—whether through marketing campaigns or meaningful one-on-one conversations.

Beyond her professional work, Chantal brings her voice to life as a radio personality and master of ceremonies. Her love for storytelling and authentic communication continues to fuel both her career and her personal growth.

She is always evolving, always learning, and always committed to using her voice—literally and figuratively—to uplift, educate, and inspire.
